We arrange Personal Contract Hire (PCH) and Business Contract Hire (BCH) agreements between customers and approved funders. We do not own vehicles. All finance agreements are directly between the customer and the funder.
We may receive commission from funders — this does not affect the rate you pay. We will disclose commission on request.
Customers must provide accurate information. A hard credit search may be performed by the funder.
Vehicles are delivered directly from funder to customer. Customers are responsible for insurance, road tax, servicing, and returning the vehicle within the agreed mileage. Excess mileage and damage charges apply per the funder agreement.
A 14 day withdrawal right applies under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Complaints are handled per our Complaints Procedure — escalation to the Financial Ombudsman Service at financial-ombudsman.org.uk, 0800 023 4567.
