Please include your name, contact details, vehicle or agreement details, a description of the complaint, and your desired outcome.

Our process

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days. We will investigate and issue a Final Response within 8 weeks.

Financial Ombudsman Service

If unsatisfied after 8 weeks or after our Final Response, you may refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service — financial-ombudsman.org.uk, 0800 023 4567, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR. You must refer within 6 months of our Final Response.
